Anybody can run a Property Channel anywhere in the world. MyPropertyChannel.com nor it’s Property Channel Managers are selling property.
MyPropertyChannel.com is a worldwide Real Estate portal offering free advertisement space for Private Property owners and Real Estate Agents. Both owners and buyers are in direct contact without the intermediary of MyPropertyChannel.com. Since adding a property is completely free, why shouldn’t they ad it to your Channel?

The concept is simple, the Channel that Managers build belongs to them, they will make money when their pages display ads from advertisers.
There is No Limit to how much money a Channel Manager can make! The more quality content... the more advertisements they can sell or display... the more money they will make!
If you could view the internet in the same manner that you view television, internet affiliate marketing would make perfect sense. Just as there are commercials advertising products and services, websites have them also. These advertisements can come in many forms such as pop up, text links, banners, flash or even video.

Buyers enter their name, email and message in the boxes and send their message which gets sent directly to the email that you register with us. For your privacy and spam protection, buyers do not have access to your email address unless you enter it into your ads or when you respond to their inquiry. You can then advise the buyer of your payment options and any other relevant information.

How many photos can I add?

You can add unlimited detailed photographs of your property and one summary photo, which appears on the summary results page.
We recommend the summary photo is an outside view of the property taken on a nice sunny day as first impressions count for everything! People often use the same summary photo as one of the detailed shots too.
